- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company's financial goals and objectives.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Mentorship: Efficiently nuture new sales team to ensure they deliver and committed to weekly/monthly targets
- Training and Development: Organize training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Innovation: Promote and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
