Job Description
- Responsible for driving the sales and placement of HPM880z printers and toners to medium and large corporates.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads within the target audience - medium and large corporates with 10+ printers in their fleet.
- Cold call decision-makers, conduct needs assessments, and present tailored solutions.
- Drive placement of HPM880z printers and toners and achieve weekly sales targets;
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and gaining a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Understand customer pain points and provide solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Ensure post-sales support and satisfaction to retain clients for repeat business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (Odoo).
- Regularly report on progress, sales activities, and key performance indicators.
Minimum requirement and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Sales and Marketing
- Minimum of 4 years in B2B sales, preferably in the IT or printer industry.
- Strong CRM skills (experience with Odoo or similar tools is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Preferred Age 30 years and above
Salary: KSh 100,000 - KSh 150,000
Education: Degree, Diploma
