Job Description
  • Responsible for driving the sales and placement of HPM880z printers and toners to medium and large corporates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads within the target audience - medium and large corporates with 10+ printers in their fleet.
  • Cold call decision-makers, conduct needs assessments, and present tailored solutions.
  • Drive placement of HPM880z printers and toners and achieve weekly sales targets; 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and gaining a deep understanding of customer needs.
  •  Understand customer pain points and provide solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Ensure post-sales support and satisfaction to retain clients for repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (Odoo).
  • Regularly report on progress, sales activities, and key performance indicators.

Minimum requirement and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Sales and Marketing
  • Minimum of 4 years in B2B sales, preferably in the IT or printer industry.
  • Strong CRM skills (experience with Odoo or similar tools is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Preferred Age 30 years and above
Salary: KSh 100,000 - KSh 150,000
