Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to Karogo Coffee and its unique selling points.
  • Follow up with leads from online inquiries, website traffic, and marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Answer customer queries, provide detailed product information, and assist with order placement.
  • Process sales transactions, ensuring accurate entry into the system.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Gather customer feedback and report trends to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Work closely with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tele sales, call centre sales, or a similar role.
  • Excellent spoken English.
  • Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and customer-friendly approach.
  • Ability to build rapport and handle objections confidently.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience in e-commerce, food, or coffee sales is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and order management software.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Degree, Diploma
