We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Typist with experience in MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation) and ICP (Identity and Citizenship Procedures) processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with government-related documentation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality typed documents in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Typing, editing, and proofreading documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handling and processing documents related to MOHRE and ICP, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.
  • Communicating effectively with internal departments and government agencies to resolve queries and ensure proper processing of documents.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols when managing sensitive information.
  • Organizing and filing completed documents in accordance with company and government requirements.
  • Assisting in the preparation and submission of government-related applications and forms, such as labor cards, work permits, residence visas, etc.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Responding to and managing inquiries from clients and government departments regarding document processing status and requirements.
  • Ensuring all typed documents are formatted correctly and delivered in a timely manner.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in typing and administrative roles, preferably with a focus on government documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of MOHRE and ICP systems, procedures, and requirements.
  • Prior experience working with government agencies is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, government officials, and colleagues.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in [insert languages, e.g., English, Arabic] is an advantage.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience working in a government-related role is preferred.
