Job Description
LOAN OFFICER
- Manage loan disbursement, collections, and customer payments.
- Conduct market research and ensure proper business appraisals.
- Maintain a customer database and assist in branch operations.
- Develop and implement loan and collection strategies.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports.
- Meet monthly KPIs: Disbursement, Collections, New & Active Customers.
REQUIREMENT
- Business-related Degree/Diploma.
- 2+ years in sales/marketing (microfinance experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relations skills.
- High integrity, computer literacy, and goal-oriented mindset.
Education: Degree, Diploma
