Job Description
Summary:
- We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver results. A valid driving license is mandatory, and experience in selling software solutions will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Present, promote, and sell MwalimuPLUS software solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-depth explanations of our solutions to prospects.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to identify new growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts.
- Provide regular feedback and reports to the sales manager on performance and market insights.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Mandatory:
- A valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in selling software solutions or IT-related products.
- A degree/diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic proficiency in MS Office Suite.
