Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation:
• Promote and sell credit card products to potential customers.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective customer acquisition strategies.
• Conduct outbound calls and meetings with potential clients to explain credit card benefits and features.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth application process.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

• Identify and target potential customers through research and networking.
• Stay updated on competitor products and market trends to offer better solutions to customers.

4. Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure all customer applications meet compliance requirements and are processed accurately.
• Collect and verify all necessary documentation to complete the credit card application process.

5. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales team and managers to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and feedback discussions to improve performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in credit card or financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with banking or financial services products is an advantage.
• Any Bachelor’s degree (Final Certificate is mandatory ).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Customer acquisition and retention rates.
• Customer satisfaction scores.
• Accuracy in application processing and compliance adherence.

• Fixed salary between AED 2,000 and AED 5,000 per month.
