Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Roysambu. The ideal candidate will oversee and implement innovative social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive growth within the hospitality industry. This role requires a results-oriented professional with a strong background in social media marketing and a passion for the hospitality sector.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to meet marketing objectives.
  •  
  • Manage and grow the company's presence across all major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Create engaging and high-quality content tailored to the hospitality industry.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to keep the company ahead of the competition.
  • Engage with followers and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports to measure effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement strategies for audience growth and engagement.
Minimum Requirements & Responsibility
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with expertise in creating and managing campaigns.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Availability to start on short notice.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for staying updated on social media trends.
