Job Description:

 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Ticketing Executive to join our travel services team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing ticket bookings, providing travel-related support, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle ticketing operations, including reservations, issuance, re-issuance, and cancellations.
• Assist clients with travel inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensure compliance with airline and travel regulations.
• Cordinate with airlines and vendors to resolve booking issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ticketing or a similar role within the travel industry.
• Proficiency in GDS systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
