Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking to hire a PRODUCTION SHIFT SUPERVISOR. The Production Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production floor during their assigned shift. This role involves managing staff, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and implementing safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science (Must Have).
• Must have worked in a Food Manufacturing Industry for a minimum of 3 Years.
• 5 Years’ Experience. (Desired experience).
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a food manufacturing Industry.

Skills required

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Knowledge of KAIZEN, FSMS (Food Safety Management System), 5-S and TPM (Total Productivity
• Management).
• Strong analytical skills Proficient computer knowledge.
• Compliance and implementation of OSHA Act 2007.
