We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Human Resources Specialist to support our growing team. This full-time role will oversee HR functions across our 30-person organization. You will play a critical role in managing payroll, onboarding, and offboarding while contributing to our friendly and energetic workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent.
Collaborate with team leads to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
Coordinate smooth onboarding processes, including new hire orientations and documentation.
Manage offboarding processes with professionalism, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
Payroll Administration:
Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
Maintain employee records related to compensation and benefits.
Employee Relations:
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing questions and concerns.
Foster a supportive and positive work environment aligned with our company values.
Compliance and Policy Management:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
Develop and update HR policies as needed.
Training and Development:
Identify opportunities for employee development and coordinate training initiatives.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
Generate reports on HR metrics to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proven expertise in payroll administration and employee lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the real estate sector.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll software.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
