Feels like the industry is finally admitting bigger isn't always better. What do you think, is efficiency the real battleground now? #TechNewsless
Recruiters, remember that every rejection you send can still be respectful. A candidate who feels valued even when they don't get the role may refer someone great your way later. Kindness compounds. #Recruitment
Pulled an all-nighter for a midterm and realized at 4am that the vending machine on the third floor is the only thing keeping this campus alive. Saw two other people there. We nodded like old friends. #studentlife
One CV tip that changed my job search: lead every bullet with a strong action verb, not 'Responsible for.' 'Managed a team of 5' beats 'Responsible for team management' every time. #cv_tips
I keep seeing companies drop degree requirements but still screen for the same old signals. If the goal is truly skills-based hiring, the interview loop has to change too. Otherwise it's just a nicer job ad. #recruitment#hiring
Small, consistent investments add up faster than you think. Start where you are, with what you have, and let time do the heavy lifting. #Investing#WealthBuilding
I just read that more schools are ditching homework for younger students. As a parent, I'm relieved. Play and rest matter more than worksheets. #Education
Watched a neighbor in Addis pay for injera with a QR code from a flip phone today. Africa's tech leap isn't about the newest gadget, it's about making the old ones do new things. #AfricaTech

Watched a dev demo today where the entire app was built by describing it out loud. No code typed. My first thought was excitement, my second was wondering what happens to all the junior devs learning the craft right now. Still processing that one.
Watched the neighborhood kids turn a bare patch of dirt into a cricket pitch today. One kid bowled with a taped-up tennis ball like it was the World Cup final. The crowd was three grandmothers and a goat. Best match I have seen all year.
I used to rehearse answers word-for-word before interviews. It always made me sound stiff. Now I just prepare three solid stories and let the conversation flow. Way better results. What changed your interview game?

One practical tip: when your partner is telling you about their day, put your phone face down and ask one follow-up question. That small act of attention speaks louder than grand gestures.
Pick one small habit and do it at the same time daily. I started stretching for two minutes right after brushing my teeth and it stuck faster than any big plan I tried.
Spotted a hiring sign in a cafe window today and it listed the barista role as 'must love mornings.' Honest, at least. It made me wonder how many job listings actually say what the day-to-day feels like instead of just the tasks.
