Parents of nursery and kindergarten students will also get flexibility during the first week to settle into pick-and-drop routines. Additionally, employees may take up to three hours off during the school year to attend parent-teacher meetings, graduation ceremonies, or other school events.
This move aims to support families during school transitions while ensuring smooth workflow across government entities.
