OPEN POSITIONS
→ FOH Manager
Lead shifts, support the team, and create a guest experience people love. Ideal for someone organised, calm under pressure, and passionate about hospitality. You’ll guide service, improve shift flow, and contribute to training and planning.
Schedule: Monday–Friday + occasional weekends (events)
→ Head Barista
A seasoned barista with at least 2 years’ experience in specialty coffee shops. Passionate about Kenyan specialty coffee and perfect espresso extraction. You will lead the bar, uphold quality standards, train the team, and set the tone for excellence in every cup.
Schedule: Monday–Friday + occasional weekends (events)
→ Bakers / Chefs
Talented professionals passionate about large-scale production. Responsibilities include growing production capacity, managing stock, and executing recipes with precision using top-tier ingredients.
Schedule: 45 hours per week (mix of prep shifts 8:00am–4:00pm and bake shifts 4:30am–2:30pm)
→ Sales Assistants
Work with a small, friendly team serving seasonal, sustainable baked goods and coffee. Ideal for someone organised, passionate about ingredients and great coffee, and eager to support day-to-day operations and sourcing.
Schedule: Monday–Friday + occasional weekends
