Position: Senior Associate / Associate Principal โ Power & Infrastructure Advisory

CrossBoundary is looking for an experienced transaction professional to join its Power & Infrastructure Advisory team and provide transaction execution leadership across complex power and infrastructure mandates.
Key Responsibilities
โ Lead end-to-end transaction advisory mandates covering project finance, infrastructure M&A, and equity raises.
โ Advise buy-side and sell-side clients throughout transaction execution.
โ Contribute to deal origination, strategic advisory mandates, and sector analysis.
โ Support strategic initiatives and business development efforts.
โ Oversee and mentor Analysts and Associates.
