The job holder will be responsible for monitoring various business information trends, research and providing relevant reports to facilitate decision making. The Business Analyst will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather, documents, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
The Business Analyst will also be involved in identifying areas for process improvement and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
