Principal Officer, Human Resources and Administration Job Grade: RL4 Number of Positions: 1

Senior Officer, Allowances and Benefits Job Grade: RL5 Number of Positions: 1

Job Description: The Senior Officer for Allowances and Benefits will oversee the analysis and administration of employee benefits within the public sector. Responsibilities include conducting comparative studies, evaluating existing benefits structures, and making recommendations for policy improvements. The role requires ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory provisions related to employee compensation.

Senior Officer, Supply Chain Management Job Grade: RL5 Number of Positions: 1

Job Description: The Senior Officer for Supply Chain Management will be responsible for overseeing procurement processes, ensuring compliance with procurement regulations, and managing supplier relationships. The role involves developing procurement plans, conducting market research, and ensuring efficient utilization of resources. The successful candidate will also provide advisory services on procurement best practices.

Knowledge Management Officer Job Grade: RL6 Number of Positions: 1

Job Description: The Knowledge Management Officer will be responsible for managing organizational knowledge assets, ensuring the efficient collection, storage, and dissemination of information. Key responsibilities include developing knowledge-sharing strategies, maintaining databases, and promoting a learning culture within the Commission. The role also involves conducting training sessions and facilitating access to critical information resources.

Driver (2 Positions) Job Grade: RL8B

Job Description: The Driver will be responsible for providing transportation services to the Commission, ensuring the safety and security of passengers. Responsibilities include vehicle maintenance, compliance with traffic regulations, and maintaining accurate vehicle records. The role requires punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to safety protocols.
