The Public Service Commission, in collaboration with Emerging Public Leaders, USA and Emerging Leaders Foundation-Africa, Kenya, invites applications from suitably qualified public officers for a one-year leadership fellowship programme.
The programme aims to transform young public officers to be effective leaders through a variety of approaches including residential training, experiential learning, coaching, mentorship, job shadowing, conferences and assignments, among others. The Public Service Commission and its collaborating partners will cater for all the expenses related to this programme.
