Job Requirement

i. Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: – Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Business management, Entrepreneurship, Economics, International Trade/Business/Relations or its equivalent from a recognized institution;

ii. Senior Management Course not lasting for less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution will be an added advantage

iii. Certificate in Computer applications from a recognized institution;

iv. Demonstrated a thorough understanding of national goals, policies and development objectives and the ability to translate them into Enterprise development programs/projects.

Job Description

• Participate in trade, enterprise and investment promotion activities through trade fairs, exhibitions and stakeholders interative fora;
• Facilitate the growth, development and graduation of micro and small enterprises (MSEs);
• Implement policies, strategies and programs on e-commerce; and overseeing the establishment of business information and solution centers
• Coordinating activities of public-private sector partnership for Micro and Small Enterprise development;
• Supervise the management of the Nairobi City County Biashara Ward Revolving Fund
• Implement research and market intelligence findings for Micro and Small Enterprise(MESs) development;
• Participate in Capacity building trainings and extension services.
