Primary Purpose and Scope the Job (Job Role)

Assist in collecting data from various source systems, arranging, organizing, analyzing these data, preparing and updating reports, visualizations and dashboards, using the various tool available in the business.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
• Develop, update and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights and trends to stakeholders.
• Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and make data-driven recommendations to enhance business operations.

Summary of work environment 

Java House runs on ICT systems from the front of house (MICROS EPOS) to Finance (SUN SYSTEMS), Commissary Stores/stock control system (MC), to Human resources management (SAGE) and Network Infrastructure on both LAN and WAN

Primary Purpose and Scope the Job (Job Role)-

To install, configure, manage and repair I.T and communication infrastructure

Duties and Responsibilities: 

·      Installation of servers

·      Maintenance of backend databases and applications

·      User support on it issues

·      Management of local domain structure, users, rights and privileges
