International Centre for Reproductive Health Kenya (ICRHK) is a Kenya-based Non-Governmental organization. ICRHK conducts research and intervention projects in Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH). Some of the specific areas of focus for ICRHK include HIV/STI prevention and treatment, addressing Sexual and Gender-based violence (GBV), improving Maternal and Child Health, promoting Family Planning, and addressing the needs of Adolescents in terms of Sexual and Reproductive Health through research. 

Overview:

We intend to hire a consultant/consultancy firm that will provide support for the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of a communications, visibility, and branding strategy to highlight ICRHK’s SRH portfolio.

Requirements

1. Education: Advanced University degree in communications, multimedia, digital media, journalism, marketing, health education/promotion, public health, social sciences, or other field directly related to the substantive areas of this position is
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in communication and/or multimedia or similar work experience with NGOs on issues related to
3. Demonstrated experience in communications, marketing, website management and strategy, and social
4. Strong advocacy and networking skills with the ability to liaise with and engage government, NGOs, CSOs, development partners, media, and other stakeholders in a professional and friendly
5. Strong communication skills and proven experience with the use of social media and other channels for effective advocacy, knowledge sharing, and
6. Experience in the use of ICTs

Evaluation

Selection of the consultant will be based on;

• Experience in similar consultancies (Max 60 points)
• Value for money (Max 40 points)
