Insta360 Ace Pro 2: Now with Instant Camera Capabilities

Insta360 has unveiled exciting new accessories that take the functionality of its Ace Pro 2 action camera to the next level. With the introduction of a redesigned grip and the innovative Pocket Printer, the Ace Pro 2 can now capture moments and instantly turn them into physical photos. This enhancement merges high-quality video capabilities with instant photo printing, making the Ace Pro 2 a versatile tool for both action shots and immediate photo keepsakes.

What Makes Insta360’s New Accessories Special?

The Ace Pro 2’s new grip includes a shutter button for easy shooting and a zoom function, enhancing control while shooting. But the real magic happens when paired with Insta360’s new Pocket Printer. This portable device, which connects wirelessly via Bluetooth, allows users to print 3-inch, high-quality photos directly from the camera. Using dye-sublimation technology, the Pocket Printer ensures that prints are waterproof, fade-resistant, and boast a sharp 300dpi resolution—perfect for preserving your best moments.

How Does Insta360's Pocket Printer Work?

The Pocket Printer operates similarly to other popular instant printers, but with added convenience. It uses a special dye-sublimation process, which gives the prints a rich, high-quality finish. Unlike Zink or Instax paper used in other models, Insta360’s prints come with a glossy, durable finish that can withstand the elements. While the printer watermarks each photo with the Ace Pro 2 logo, it’s a small price to pay for instant, durable prints that can be enjoyed immediately. Replacement cartridges, priced at $9.90 for 20 prints, ensure that users can keep snapping and printing.
