1. Inventory Associate

Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Department: Care Delivery

Job Description:
The Inventory Associate will be responsible for managing the inventory of medical diagnostic equipment and consumables. This role ensures the timely supply of products to clinics and pharmacies, helping to maintain an uninterrupted flow of essential healthcare tools. Key duties include:

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment
• Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock levels
• Monitor product expiry dates and ensure proper rotation of stock
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to fulfill stock needs
• Maintain clear and concise inventory records
• Work with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries to clinics

2. Pharmacy Operations Lead

This position involves managing a team of pharmaceutical professionals and ensuring that the pharmacies adhere to regulatory standards while delivering quality care. The role includes:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of pharmacies, ensuring that they provide high-quality patient care
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and service delivery
• Manage inventory and supply chains to maintain stock levels of essential pharmaceuticals
• Train, mentor, and supervise pharmacy staff to enhance their skills and productivity
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes

3. Pharmaceutical Technologist

This role involves working closely with patients and healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective medication use. Key responsibilities include:

• Dispense prescribed medications accurately and advise patients on proper use
• Assist in the management of pharmaceutical inventory and stock levels
• Provide information on over-the-counter medications and health supplements
• Ensure compliance with local pharmaceutical laws and regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and medication adherence
