ICRHK Hiring Consultancy For Quantitative Data Analysis

We intend to hire a consultant/consultancy firm that will work in collaboration with the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Advisor as well as our in-house data analysts to conduct some secondary analysis of population-based survey data including KHDS. The aim is to analyse the data, interpret the findings, and compile them into a comprehensive report.

Requirements

• An advanced degree, either a master’s or doctoral, in a pertinent field such as statistics, economics, mathematics, demography, or any other relevant statistical discipline
• Proven expertise in statistical and inferential analysis, with a demonstrated ability to interpret data, especially when dealing with large datasets like KDHS.
• Solid background in research methodologies and data interpretation, particularly within the field of public health.
• Demonstrated evidence of manuscript writing and successful publication.
• Proven capability to produce detailed and comprehensible reports that effectively communicate complex data findings.
• Skill in translating and interpreting complex data concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in presenting complex data findings through visualization tools like Tableau
• Proven experience in utilizing Stata for data analysis
• Proven experience in mentoring and developing junior statisticians
