HF Group is an integrated financial solutions provider that is registered as a non-operating holding company (under the Banking Act Cap.488) and regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK). The Group, previously known as Housing Finance, commenced operations on November 18th 1965, and has transitioned from being a mortgage financier to a provider of integrated financial solutions with interests in Personal Banking, SME and Commercial Banking, Trade Finance, Diaspora Banking, Treasury as a business, Property Finance and Insurance.
HF Group is a public limited company, listed at the Nairobi Securities Exchange since 1992. The company restructured its business and rebranded in August 2015, transforming from the single entity – Housing Finance, to the non-operating holding company, HF Group with four subsidiaries:
