You will manage assigned legal files, supervise Associate Advocates, and ensure the efficient and consistent handling of litigation matters across all regions. Additionally, you will oversee the development and operationalization of the in-house legal team.

The Litigation Advocate will represent AMACO and its insured clients in court and manage all legal matters, including litigation, claims defense, and dispute resolution. This role requires active case handling and close collaboration with internal departments to mitigate legal risks.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Regional Investigator, you will support the Legal and Claims departments by conducting thorough investigations into claims, suspected fraud, and risk-related concerns. Your work will be pivotal in safeguarding the company’s interests through accurate and timely reporting.
