Whereas a declaration of impending vacancies in the positions of Chairperson and Members
of the National Land Commission was notified by Gazette Notice No. 11212;
Whereas the vacancies for the positions of the Chairperson and Members of the Commission
shall arise on 14th November, 2025; and
Whereas the Selection Panel convened for its inaugural meeting on 25th August, 2025 in
accordance with paragraph 2 (a) of the First Schedule to the National Land Commission Act.
Now therefore, and pursuant to the provisions of Sections 7 and 8 of the Act, and the First
Schedule thereto, the Selection Panel invites applications from suitably qualified persons for
the positions of Chairperson and Eight (8) Members of the National Land Commission.
