The KIPPRA Young Professionals (YP) Programme is a capacity-building initiative targeting young professionals who are self-sponsored and passionate about public policy. Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in in-house training and mentorship sessions conducted by senior KIPPRA staff and industry professionals
• Contribute to the development of research papers, policy briefs, and sector-specific policy analyses
• Attend internal and external stakeholder forums, including technical working groups and inter-agency meetings
• Engage in research fieldwork, data collection, and report preparation as part of assigned projects
