Position: Cyber Attendant

We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of a Cyber Attendant . The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Requirements

Excellent Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in various computer applications and software.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.

Excellent Customer Service Skills:

• A strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers.
• The ability to handle inquiries, issues, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills:

• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Clean and Organized:

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace for optimal efficiency.
• Attention to detail in all aspects of cyber services.

Location:

• Reside within the Nairobi region for easy access to our Kayole Junction location.

Work Experience:

• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Cyber Attendant at Even Care Cyber Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch services to our valued customers. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

Assist Customers with Various Services:

• Provide support for printing, photocopying, lamination, passport photos, binding, and other cyber services.
• Ensure that all customer requests are met promptly and accurately.

Government Service Applications:

• Guide and assist customers in the application process for various government services.
• Stay updated on the latest requirements and procedures for efficient service delivery.

Customer Service Excellence:

• Interact with customers with the utmost respect, courtesy, and commitment.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
