Graduate Assistants (7 positions)
The purpose of this position is to carry out teaching roles, student mentoring, research and other duties in liaison with the university’s overall goal.

Duties and Responsibilities
- To teach at Diploma and Certificate level, in areas allocated by the Head of Department and reviewed from time to time by the Head of Department.
- Student mentorship
- Supervise or assist with supervision of any research studies, attachment and teaching practice undertaken by the students.
- Participate in the development, administration and marking of examinations and other assessments
- To handle students’ grievances that relate to their learning needs.
- Any other duty assigned by your supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Procurement
- A Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Logistics Management/Supply Chain Management qualification from a recognized/accredited University in the relevant field
- Registration for a Master’s degree/ongoing will be an added advantage;
- At least three (3) years’ of post-qualification teaching experience
- Demonstrated potential for university teaching and research.
- Commitment to high-quality teaching and fostering a positive learning environment for students.
- Human Resource Management
- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Human Resource Management)/ BSc. in Human ResourceManagement qualification from a recognized/accredited University in the relevant field
- Registration for a Master’s degree/ongoing will be an added advantage;
- At least three (3) years’ of post-qualification teaching experience
- Demonstrated potential for university teaching and research.
- Commitment to high-quality teaching and fostering a positive learning environment for students.
- Digital Marketing
- A Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing/ Marketing qualification from a recognized/accredited University in the relevant field
- Registration for a Master’s degree/ongoing will be an added advantage;
- At least three (3) years’ of post-qualification teaching experience
- Demonstrated potential for university teaching and research.
- Commitment to high-quality teaching and fostering a positive learning environment for students.
- Accounting & Finance
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting qualification from a recognized/accredited University in the relevant field.
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate
- Registration for a Master’s degree/ongoing will be an added advantage;
- At least three (3) years’ of post-qualification teaching experience
- Demonstrated potential for university teaching and research.

- Electrical Engineering
- A Bachelor of Technology Education (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) degree qualification from a recognized/accredited University in the relevant field
- Registration for a Master’s degree/ongoing will be an added advantage;
- At least three (3) years’ of post-qualification teaching experience
- Demonstrated potential for university teaching and research.
- Commitment to high-quality teaching and fostering a positive learning environment for students.
- Hospitality & Tourism
- A Bachelor’s degree in hotels and hospitality management/ Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management qualification from a recognized/accredited University in the relevant field
- Registration for a Master’s degree/ongoing will be an added advantage;
- At least three (3) years’ of post-qualification teaching experience
- Demonstrated potential for university teaching and research.
- Commitment to high-quality teaching and fostering a positive learning environment for students.
- Law
- A Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) degree in qualification from a recognized/accredited University in the relevant field
- Registration for a Master’s degree/ongoing will be an added advantage;
- At least three (3) years’ of post-qualification teaching experience
- Proficiency in teaching labour and business law.
- Demonstrated potential for university teaching and research.
