Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, has officially launched the Dubai Fitness Challenge 30X30 by leading a cycling session on November 1.

Sharing his ride on Instagram, Sheikh Hamdan encouraged residents to take the “30 minutes for 30 days” challenge, promoting fitness, wellness, and community spirit.

The month-long event, running until November 30, features free activities, classes, and sports events across the city.

Sheikh Hamdan emphasized Dubai’s commitment to a healthy and active lifestyle, urging everyone to participate and make the UAE the most active nation.
