➢ Greet all customers and start the reception process dealing with them in a
courteous, helpful and professional manner.
Perform vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns toenable the foreman or technician to properly diagnose and service the
vehicle.
Prepares repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and
causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining
approval signatures; entering RO into service database system(SAP).
Estimate scope of the work and prepare estimation for work with parts
availability and cost.
Checking the progress of each job communicating with workshop
controller for timely delivery
Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance with
VAS.
Preparing invoice by explain the work performed and the charges to the
customer at the delivery.
Maintain a constant contact with customer by continues follow up and
make a strong Relationship.
