I am a project management/ client management specialist offering years of successful experience launching, directing and managing of projects in a firm by performing functions such as coordinating work execution, reporting project status, implementing a schedule, and making sure the project is completed in time and within budget. Additionally, I am adept at developing and approving budgets and operations, devising evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine areas for improvements as well as supervising all staff involved providing feedback and resolving complex issues. My objective is to serve in a challenging position in project management, planning implementation, monitoring and evaluation, training and development with an organization where communication, research, strategic planning, leadership and team work skills are utilized for furthering the goals and values of the organization.
