I am an experienced Product Manager specializing in the insurance BFSI domain, with over 10 years of expertise in general insurance. Currently, I work at ICICI Lombard in a CRM-related role, where I focus on enhancing customer journeys and streamlining operations. My work involves implementing innovative solutions like Microsoft Dynamics and revamping the renewal process by integrating tools such as Genesys and UBONA.
I thrive on managing impactful projects, such as creating Customer 360 and Policy 360 views, designing automated NPS survey strategies, and optimizing claim rejection processes using advanced technologies like VCA visual call assistance. I also have a strong aptitude for documentation, from crafting BRDs and scope documents to formatting policy wordings and creating detailed project trackers.
I enjoy balancing customer satisfaction with business outcomes, whether it’s through designing intuitive systems or improving customer communication via tools like RIA, our company’s WhatsApp-based chatbot, which I am now transitioning from 2D to a 3D version.
