I am academically qualified with Bachelor of Commerce (Bcom). I am customer relation professional with 2 years of experience in face to face customer service work. I enjoy interacting with customers.
I know my way around in office and Iam very organized with good time management. I think quickly and have good problem solving skills which allow me to address customer complaints or issues in a professional manner and assist them in coming to a resolution. I have been complimented by past supervisors for my grace under pressure and the way in which I can satisfy even the most unhappy client.
