I bring over three years of experience in hospitality, including front desk operations at Hotel
Verdina in Italy and customer-facing roles in Switzerland. In my previous role as a receptionist, I
managed guest check-in and check-out procedures, handled reservations, and ensured a high
standard of guest satisfaction through professional and personalised service.
More recently, I was promoted to a Team Leader position, where I supervised daily operations,
coordinated staff, and handled guest concerns in a fast-paced international environment. This
experience strengthened my leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills, all of which I
