I hold Master of Business Administration in Finance and Bachelor of Arts in
Sociology with certifications and trainings in Certified Credit Professionals
(CCP), CPA Part 1-3, HR for Non-HR managers, SPPS, and Credit / Debt
Management and Collections. Throughout my professional career, I have
actively and proactively developed and deployed strategic debt collection
and credit management plans and strategies with great success. I have also
successfully provided strategic and technical leadership to portfolio
management functions to drive debt recovery, meet set revenue goals, and
minimize credit risk and exposure, while building and strengthening customer
relationships and engagement. I am versatile professional with experience in
financial management and accounting, including accounts reconciliation,
financial analysis, and budgeting while streamlining financial management
operations. My dedication to achieving operational efficiency and improving
overall performance has been recognized and applauded by my supervisors.
