→ Net Income / Total Equity
2. Debt-to-Equity Ratio
Description: % of company's assets that are being funded through debt
→ Total Debt / Total Equity

Description: Company's ability to meet its short-term financial obligations
→ Current Assets / Current Liabilities
4. Net Profit Margin
