About Me
As a Regional Finance Specialist at RTI International, I leverage my skills and over 10 years of experience in financial management to support the regional office and various projects in the Africa region in ensuring compliance with both statutory and donor compliance. I am responsible for managing the Kenya payroll, day to day technical support to project finance staff and coaching of new finance staff, cashflow management for the Africa regional office, transactions review for accuracy and completeness, submission of monthly financial reports and support of internal and external audits.
Prior to this role, I worked as a Project Accountant and a Senior Accountant, where I gained valuable experience in direct project finance operations management.
I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration-Accounting degree and a CPA certification from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya. I am passionate about using my skills and knowledge to contribute to the success of the organization I work for and its clients.
