As a dedicated professional in food science and technology, I earned my diploma from the esteemed Technical University of Kenya, focusing on specialized expertise in food and beverage processing and production. Boasting over 7 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, I presently hold the position of Quality Assurance personnel at Githunguri Dairy Farmers Co-operative Society.
My skill set encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including the meticulous grading of raw farm products, conducting comprehensive lab tests for quality assurance, and ensuring the highest standards of excellence across various food products. These products span from dairy items such as fermented milk, pasteurized milk, yogurt, butter, and ghee, to diverse offerings like fresh milk, jam, juice, animal feeds, and an array of beverages.
