Masinde Muliro University. I have 8 years of hands-on experience in system administration,
IT support, network engineering, and software deployment. My professional background
includes roles at reputable organizations such as Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel,
Parklands Shade Hotel, SimbaNet Ltd, Unilands Sacco, Mutsimoto Motor Company Ltd, and
KEDA Ceramics International Co Ltd. I hold several industry certifications including ITIL 4,
CompTIA A+, CISSP, Sophos Certified Firewall Engineer, Sophos Endpoint Certified Engineer
and VMWare vSphere.
