About Me
I am a motivated Informatics and Computer Science graduate from Strathmore University with practical experience in IT support, system administration, and network installation gained through internships and volunteer roles.
I have hands-on experience supporting IT infrastructure including network cabling, hardware setup, software installation, and troubleshooting user issues. During my time at Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI) and Kenya Academy of Sports, I provided IT helpdesk support, assisted with system administration tasks such as creating user accounts and connecting users to network resources, and helped maintain IT equipment to ensure smooth operations.
I am passionate about technology, problem solving, and supporting organizations in maintaining efficient and reliable IT systems. I have foundational programming knowledge in Python and Java and strong working skills in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
I am currently seeking entry-level opportunities in IT support, technical support, system administration, or network support where I can contribute my skills while continuing to grow professionally.
