I am a versatile and results-driven professional with a strong foundation in Real Estate and Finance, now expanding into Data Science and Business Analytics. With a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and hands-on experience in property management, financial services, and customer support, I bring a unique mix of analytical thinking, people skills, and business acumen to every role I take on.
Currently, I work as a Contact Center Agent at NCBA Loop, providing digital banking support, resolving customer issues using CRM systems, and ensuring a smooth client experience. Previously, I supported real estate operations as an Administrative Assistant at Baseland and Consultants, managing tenant relations, lease administration, property maintenance, and financial reporting.
As part of my professional growth, I am now pursuing a Data Science course at Zindua School, where I am gaining skills in Python, SQL, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence tools, and Machine Learning. My goal is to combine domain knowledge in real estate and finance with data-driven decision-making to help organizations solve complex problems and uncover valuable insights.
