A close friend of mine recently went through a long recruitment process for a role she was really excited about. After several interviews, she finally made it to the final round.
During that last interview, the recruiter hinted that a decision would be made soon. But after that... complete silence. Days passed. Then weeks. No updates. Nothing.
She was left confused. She had high hopes and felt like this might be the opportunity. But there was no follow-up, no clarity — just silence that left her guessing.
And it’s not just about not getting the job. It’s the disappointment, the anxiety, and the lack of respect for the time and effort she put into the process.
To this day, she hasn’t heard back. Not even a simple message. She lost sleep for weeks because she truly thought this was the perfect role for her.
And honestly, sending a short message like:
"Thank you for going through the interview process. At this time, we’ve decided to move forward with another candidate."
...doesn’t take much time, does it?
📢 Stop ghosting candidates.
Even the smallest feedback is better than complete silence.

Why hire a beginner?
Hunger: They are ready to work hard and prove themselves.
Fast Learning: No "old habits"—just a fresh mind ready for your way.
New Energy: They bring digital skills and fresh ideas to the table.
To Hiring Managers:
Don't just look at a CV. Look at potential. Give someone their first "Yes" today. You might find your best employee.
To the Beginners:
Keep going. Your energy is your power.
What do you think? Should we hire for years or for potential? 👇
When praying for that job, also pray for a work environment that won't lead to depression, burnout, and regret.

I've seen brilliant professionals crumble in environments that treated them as disposable resources rather than human beings.
Your career shouldn't cost you your:
1. Mental health
2. Physical wellbeing
3. Personal relationships
4. Sense of purpose
The most successful professionals prioritize culture fit alongside compensation.
They ask questions like:
- "How do you measure success here?"
- "What's your approach to work-life balance?"
- "Can I speak with team members about their experience?"
Remember:
A good salary with a toxic culture is a prison.
A fair salary with a supportive culture is freedom.
In my years leading teams across hospitality industry, I've learned that sustainable success requires environments where people can thrive, not just survive.
What's one red flag you wish you'd spotted earlier in your career?

Every year, thousands of professionals invest time learning new skills.
• They take online courses.
• They read books.
• They watch tutorials.
• They earn certificates.
But months later, nothing changes.
No new opportunities.
No promotions.
No new offers.
Not because the skills are useless.
But because learning and showing you learned are two completely different things.
Many professionals upgrade their skills silently.
They learn design but never showcase a project.
They study data analysis but never publish insights.
They take leadership courses but never demonstrate leadership in visible ways.
And in the professional world, skills that are invisible rarely create opportunities.
Opportunities usually go to people who demonstrate value openly.
That could mean:
• Sharing insights from what you learned
• Applying new skills to real problems
• Publishing projects or case studies
• Teaching others what you now understand
The goal is not just to learn.
The goal is to make your growth visible.
Because the professional world doesn't reward potential.
It rewards visible impact.
Learning quietly improves you.
Showing what you’ve learned improves your opportunities.
