Being unemployed might be the hardest thing-

Every morning starts with uncertainty—checking emails with hope, carrying anxiety, wondering if today will finally bring an interview. You apply again and again, battling self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and the fear of not being “good enough.”

You navigate fake job listings, silent recruiters, and expectations that feel impossible—while still trying to stay positive.

So the least we can do is choose kindness.

If someone asks for help, offer it.
If you can give a referral, do it.
If you have guidance, share it.

One small act can completely change the direction of someone’s career.

    Please, don't keep underestimating him.

Sometimes those who lack experience are the ones who are most eager to prove themselves. He didn't come with an ego, he came hungry to learn.

Because when you give a chance to the person who really wants,

Here’s the truth: most of us go through this at some point.
So when someone reaches out with a job application or a referral request, empathy costs nothing — but means everything.

If you’re in a position to help:
    • Share guidance
    • Pass along opportunities
    • And please — don’t ghost

A simple “yes” or “no” can bring clarity to someone struggling quietly.

If someone asks you for payment upfront, it’s a major red flag. Protect yourself and verify company credentials before engaging.

How to Answer: “How Do You Work Under Pressure?” (Interview Tip)

This question comes up in almost every interview — and many candidates struggle with it.

❌ Saying “I don’t feel pressure” or “I just relax and it works out” isn’t what interviewers want to hear.
They’re not looking for someone who avoids pressure — they want someone who can handle it well.

✅ What they do want to know:

-How you react in difficult situations
    -How you organize your work
    -How you communicate under stress
    -How you still deliver results

    A strong way to answer:

“I believe pressure is a normal part of professional life. I see it as a chance to stay focused and perform better. In a previous role, we had a tight deadline for a project. I managed the pressure by planning my tasks, setting clear priorities, and communicating openly with my team. By staying calm and organized, we delivered quality work on time.”

    🔑 Tip:
Always add your personal experience and specific actions you took — planning, prioritizing, teamwork, communication. That’s what makes your answer real and memorable.

    Interviews aren’t about perfect answers.
They’re about showing how you think, adapt, and act under pressure.

Hope this helps someone preparing for interviews today ❤️
All the best — you’ve got this!

    Most candidates aren’t lazy.
    They’re tired.

    Tired of rewriting resumes.
Tired of preparing for interviews that go nowhere.
Tired of hearing “We’ll get back to you.”

    Empathy isn’t optional anymore.
    It’s the bare minimum.

During an interview, if HR asks:

"How Do You Work Under Pressure?"

You wouldn't want to say that you're the type who doesn't feel pressure. You know, the laid-back type, or when stressed, you take a nap and then work. It's difficult to find candidates who answer like that.

    Example:

"I believe pressure is an integral part of professional life, and I view it as an opportunity to showcase resilience and efficiency. In a previous workplace scenario, we faced tight deadlines for completing a project. To manage the pressure, I began by meticulously planning, setting priorities, and organizing schedules effectively. I communicated openly with the team to ensure everyone understood their roles and adhered to the deadlines. Despite the intense pressure, I delivered the project with high quality within the stipulated timeframe. I believe maintaining open communication and emotional composure are crucial factors for performing well under pressure."

You can use the above sentence and include personal experiences and strategies that you have used to work under pressure because the interviewer wants to see how you react in challenging situations.

    Two weeks later… nothing. ❌
No call. No update. No closure.
    This isn’t about rejection.
    It’s about respect.
    Every interview costs candidates:
    Time
    Money
    Travel

    A simple update costs nothing.
    But it can mean everything.
    Hiring teams — remember:
    Candidates don’t just show up.
They show up with trust and expectations  less
