In the interview, the manager told him that their gorilla🦍, which had been a tourists attraction has died so they needed someone to dress up and pretend as a gorilla🦍.
The graduate was embarrassed, but since the salary was okay, he accepted the job. The first day, he put on the gorilla skin and entered the cage, he started jumping up and down, beating his chest and roared like a gorilla.
The next day, he put on a gorilla skin and started moving around the zoo again and mistakenly entered another cage and found himself staring at a lion🦁. The lion roared and rushed towards him.
The scared graduate quickly forgot that he is a gorilla and started shouting like a human, 🗣️"Help! Help!" The lion leaped onto him, knocked him to the ground and whispered in his ear👂*Dennis*, it's me Mike, your course mate."
My brother, No job in this country, Infact that crocodile🐊 in that water is not a crocodilie, it is John 😂😂😂😂

The woman told him:
“I'll get 6 eggs for 2.50 or I'll leave and get none.”
The old salesman replied:
“You can buy them at whatever price you want.” This is a good start for me because today I haven't sold a single egg and I have to sell everything to feed my family.
She bought these eggs at the price she wanted and left feeling like she had won.
She got into her nice car and went to a fancy restaurant with her boyfriend.
She and her friend ordered what they wanted. They ate little and left most of what they ordered.
She was given a bill of €180. The woman left a whopping €200 and told the owner of the elegant restaurant that the rest was a tip.
This story might seem normal enough for the chef of a luxury restaurant, but very unfair to the egg seller...
The question is:
Why do we always have to demonstrate power over a poor salesman when we buy what he has to offer from him?
And why are we generous to those who don't even need our generosity?
I once read somewhere:
"My father bought goods from the poor at high prices even though he didn't need these things.
He sometimes paid them more. I was in shock. One day I asked him, "Why are you doing this, Dad?"
And my father replied:
"This is charity wrapped in dignity, my daughter"

That's the thought keeping you stuck.
I see this happen all the time.
Brilliant women who've led complex, high-impact projects.
Who've influenced senior stakeholders without breaking a sweat.
Who've delivered results that go way beyond what their job description ever asked for.
And yet...
They see a job posting and immediately start seeing the boxes they don't tick.
Here's what I wish someone had told them sooner.
Most job descriptions?
They're wishlists.
They're the "wouldn't it be nice" list that hiring managers throw together hoping to find a unicorn.
They're not the minimum requirements to do the job well.
The 75% rule changes everything.
If you meet 75% of the requirements, you're more than ready.
Because you already have what matters most:
the ability to learn, adapt, and grow into what's next.
The women I work with start here:
↳ They challenge the belief that perfect qualifications equal readiness
↳ They stop trying to prove they're perfect for every single line item
↳ They start positioning their strengths and trusting they can figure out the rest
And that's when everything shifts.
They get calls for roles they once thought were out of reach.
They walk into interviews grounded in their value, not scrambling to justify their gaps.
They stop waiting for someone else to give them permission and start backing themselves.
So if you're staring at a role right now thinking "I'm almost there..."
Apply anyway.
That's the space where you become who you're meant to be.
What's the belief that's kept you from going after your dream role? less

Meanwhile, I’ve previously applied to more positions than I can count - and the rejections just kept on coming, to a point I even made a folder in my emails called, "rejected". 🤡
It’s easy to start thinking something is wrong with you.
To question your skills. Your value. Your potential.
But here's what I have learnt and want to share:
👉 Rejection is not validation.
👉 A “no” doesn’t mean you’re not good enough.
👉 Sometimes, it’s just not your time - yet.
There are many reasons why someone else may get the offer.
Most of them have nothing to do with your worth, your effort, or your future.
So if you’re also getting rejection after rejection -
Keep going.
Keep applying.
Keep growing.
