About Me
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing and have professional experience in Accounting, Administration, and IT service desk support.
Previously, I worked as an Accounting Receivable and Stock Clerk at Royce Group of Companies, where I handled collections, inventory reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and audit coordination.
Currently, I am an IT Consultant / Service Desk Analyst with Qi Group, providing first-line technical support, resolving system issues, identifying, logging and tracking incidents through to resolution, monitoring system performance and transaction success rates, and providing clear, accurate information on IT products and services. I regularly assist customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems, with a focus on minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
