He also stays updated on essential knowledge by completing short courses like Managed Service for Microsoft AD and Microsoft 365.
Beyond his academic achievements, Erick has hands-on experience in the industry. He previously worked as a Design Assurance Engineer and Business Development Assistant at Sym & Pro FZE, Ajman Free Zone, where he played a vital role in ensuring regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and risk management in the design process. Additionally, he contributed to business development activities, including proposal development, market research, and relationship building.
Erick's IT background is also commendable, as he served as a Trainee IT Support Engineer at Kenya Electricity Generating Company PLC (KENGEN), where he maintained and administered computer networks and provided IT support.
