With more than nine years of experience in enterprise IT across government and non-profit environments, I have developed strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Defender XDR, Windows Server, Active Directory, and enterprise endpoint management.
In my current role, I support more than 540 users and manage approximately 560 enterprise endpoints, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations. In addition, I serve as Head of IT (Part-time) for a non-profit organization, where I lead Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint security, cybersecurity initiatives, and technology planning.
Throughout my career, I have successfully implemented Microsoft Intune, Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication, Microsoft Defender security controls, Endpoint Security policies, Windows Update Rings, BitLocker, and compliance policies to improve organizational security and operational efficiency.
I am passionate about Microsoft cloud technologies and modern workplace solutions, and I enjoy helping organizations enhance security, productivity, and user experience through well-designed IT services.
