1.Develop new business opportunities and consistently grow the companyโs product portfolio by proactively marketing individual loan facilities/products to suitable potential clients.
2.Interview, analyse and evaluate borrowers and potential borrowers with emphasis on risks and a particular focus on credit risk. Cash flow Analysis.
3.Work closely with the entire branch staff to maintain a high degree of customer service levels and focus
4.Proactive loan/facility portfolio monitoring and management
5.Preparation of performance reports, work plans and activity reports
6.Achieve the monthly sales targets and always ensure 100% adherence to credit and lending policies and procedures.
